We have developed a ruby library that in its current version is only known to work with the pre-Salsa API. You can install it with rubygems with:
gem install sethwalker-democracy_in_action --source http://gems.github.com
We are currently doing a complete rewrite to update to Salsa APIs and to roll in some other functionality we've built, such as easy syncing with ActiveRecord objects. You can follow the project at http://github.com/sethwalker/democracy_in_action.
